該項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)由中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)建(jian)(jian)(jian)材(cai)總院國(guo)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)集團首席科學(xue)家包(bao)亦望博士牽頭,以國(guo)際(ji)科技(ji)(ji)合(he)作(zuo)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)、國(guo)家國(guo)際(ji)科技(ji)(ji)合(he)作(zuo)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)和(he)北京市(shi)科技(ji)(ji)計劃項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)《玻(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)幕(mu)墻(qiang)安(an)(an)全(quan)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)研(yan)究》”為(wei)核心,針對(dui)(dui)日(ri)益凸顯(xian)的(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)玻(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)服役(yi)(yi)安(an)(an)全(quan)事故(gu),以提升(sheng)其服役(yi)(yi)安(an)(an)全(quan)為(wei)目(mu)(mu)標(biao),經十余年研(yan)發,完成了(le)從建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)玻(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)的(de)(de)失(shi)效機(ji)理、檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)、設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)研(yan)發、標(biao)準制訂到推(tui)廣應(ying)用的(de)(de)系列研(yan)究。代表(biao)性(xing)創新成果有:1)開發了(le)光彈(dan)法鋼化(hua)玻(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)自(zi)(zi)爆(bao)源自(zi)(zi)動(dong)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)及設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei);2)發明(ming)(ming)了(le)“動(dong)態相(xiang)對(dui)(dui)法”檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)和(he)預測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)幕(mu)墻(qiang)玻(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)墜(zhui)落風險;3)發明(ming)(ming)了(le)“撓度(du)比較(jiao)法”檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)中(zhong)(zhong)空(kong)玻(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)結構安(an)(an)全(quan)隱患,并開發了(le)玻(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)幕(mu)墻(qiang)安(an)(an)全(quan)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)機(ji)器人系統(tong),實現(xian)高空(kong)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化(hua)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce);4)發明(ming)(ming)了(le)“球壓(ya)法”測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)試玻(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)表(biao)面(mian)局(ju)部強(qiang)度(du)和(he)鋼化(hua)玻(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)的(de)(de)表(biao)面(mian)應(ying)力,實現(xian)了(le)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)和(he)跟蹤工程服役(yi)(yi)中(zhong)(zhong)玻(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)構件的(de)(de)強(qiang)度(du)變化(hua)規律;5)研(yan)制了(le)符合(he)歐標(biao)和(he)美標(biao)的(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)空(kong)玻(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)安(an)(an)全(quan)要求的(de)(de)系列檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei),促進(jin)我(wo)國(guo)中(zhong)(zhong)空(kong)玻(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)的(de)(de)質量(liang)國(guo)際(ji)化(hua)和(he)出口。獲授權發明(ming)(ming)專利(li)10項(xiang),實用新型專利(li)7項(xiang),制定了(le)國(guo)家和(he)行(xing)(xing)業標(biao)準12項(xiang),成果受到同行(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)高度(du)認可和(he)評價,廣泛應(ying)用于國(guo)內外的(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)幕(mu)墻(qiang)玻(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)的(de)(de)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce),促進(jin)了(le)建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)幕(mu)墻(qiang)玻(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)領域的(de)(de)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)標(biao)準化(hua),體現(xian)了(le)服務(wu)業和(he)建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)公共安(an)(an)全(quan)的(de)(de)公益性(xing),對(dui)(dui)提升(sheng)我(wo)國(guo)建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)玻(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)使(shi)用安(an)(an)全(quan)性(xing),降低安(an)(an)全(quan)事故(gu)發生具有重(zhong)要的(de)(de)現(xian)實意義。
項(xiang)目(mu)成(cheng)果成(cheng)功地(di)解決了(le)國(guo)(guo)(guo)內外兩項(xiang)重(zhong)大(da)國(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)(ji)性難題(ti),不僅填補了(le)國(guo)(guo)(guo)內外技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)空白,提(ti)升了(le)城(cheng)市(shi)建筑(zhu)(zhu)公共安(an)(an)(an)全,保(bao)障(zhang)人(ren)民(min)生命財(cai)產(chan)安(an)(an)(an)全;而且推動了(le)我國(guo)(guo)(guo)玻璃行業整(zheng)體(ti)檢(jian)測(ce)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)水平和(he)無(wu)機非金屬材料性能(neng)評價領(ling)域的(de)學科(ke)發展和(he)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)進步。這將大(da)大(da)有利于提(ti)升我國(guo)(guo)(guo)玻璃領(ling)域的(de)國(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)(ji)話語權和(he)企業的(de)國(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)(ji)市(shi)場競爭力。對(dui)促進我國(guo)(guo)(guo)建筑(zhu)(zhu)體(ti)系(xi)的(de)安(an)(an)(an)全及建筑(zhu)(zhu)節能(neng)事業發展和(he)我國(guo)(guo)(guo)建筑(zhu)(zhu)節能(neng)減排目(mu)標(biao)的(de)實現(xian)具有非常重(zhong)要的(de)現(xian)實意義(yi)。
