“干(gan)(gan)噴濕(shi)紡(fang)(fang)千(qian)噸(dun)(dun)級高(gao)(gao)強(qiang)/百噸(dun)(dun)級中(zhong)模(mo)碳(tan)(tan)纖(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)維(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)產(chan)業化(hua)關(guan)鍵(jian)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)及應用”項目(mu)立足自(zi)(zi)(zi)主(zhu)(zhu)創新,逐個攻克了干(gan)(gan)噴濕(shi)紡(fang)(fang)碳(tan)(tan)纖(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)維(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)的核心技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)難題,建成了國(guo)內首條完全具有(you)自(zi)(zi)(zi)主(zhu)(zhu)知識產(chan)權的年產(chan)5000噸(dun)(dun)干(gan)(gan)噴濕(shi)紡(fang)(fang)碳(tan)(tan)纖(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)維(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)原(yuan)(yuan)絲和千(qian)噸(dun)(dun)高(gao)(gao)強(qiang)(T700級)/百噸(dun)(dun)中(zhong)模(mo)(T800級)碳(tan)(tan)纖(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)維(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)生(sheng)產(chan)線,取得(de)了一系列重(zhong)大(da)科(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)成果(guo)。創新開發了大(da)容(rong)量聚合與均(jun)質化(hua)原(yuan)(yuan)液(ye)制(zhi)備技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu),攻克了高(gao)(gao)強(qiang)/中(zhong)模(mo)碳(tan)(tan)纖(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)維(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)原(yuan)(yuan)絲干(gan)(gan)噴濕(shi)紡(fang)(fang)關(guan)鍵(jian)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu),自(zi)(zi)(zi)主(zhu)(zhu)研制(zhi)了PAN纖(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)維(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)快速均(jun)質預(yu)氧化(hua)、碳(tan)(tan)化(hua)集(ji)成技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu),并(bing)首次構(gou)建了具有(you)自(zi)(zi)(zi)主(zhu)(zhu)產(chan)權的干(gan)(gan)噴濕(shi)紡(fang)(fang)千(qian)噸(dun)(dun)級高(gao)(gao)強(qiang)/百噸(dun)(dun)級中(zhong)模(mo)碳(tan)(tan)纖(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)維(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)產(chan)業化(hua)生(sheng)產(chan)體系。該項目(mu)填補了國(guo)內干(gan)(gan)噴濕(shi)紡(fang)(fang)碳(tan)(tan)纖(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)維(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)生(sheng)產(chan)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)空白,具備了碳(tan)(tan)纖(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)維(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)裝備自(zi)(zi)(zi)主(zhu)(zhu)制(zhi)造能力,提高(gao)(gao)了我國(guo)碳(tan)(tan)纖(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)維(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)行(xing)業的整體技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)和產(chan)業化(hua)水平,成功邁(mai)入碳(tan)(tan)纖(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)維(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)產(chan)業全球(qiu)中(zhong)高(gao)(gao)端領域(yu)。該項目(mu)取得(de)的干(gan)(gan)噴濕(shi)紡(fang)(fang)碳(tan)(tan)纖(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)維(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)前驅體關(guan)鍵(jian)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)、快速預(yu)氧化(hua)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)及成套技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)關(guan)鍵(jian)裝備等創新成果(guo),為更高(gao)(gao)強(qiang)度的T1000級及以上碳(tan)(tan)纖(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)維(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)的研制(zhi)及工程化(hua)奠定了基礎(chu)。

“建筑玻(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)服役風(feng)險(xian)(xian)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)和(he)可靠(kao)性評價(jia)關鍵技(ji)術與設(she)備及應用”項目(mu)經十(shi)余年(nian)研發(fa),從理論模型推(tui)導—測(ce)(ce)試(shi)方法創立—專用設(she)備研制—標準規范制定—推(tui)廣應用的(de)全(quan)(quan)(quan)鏈條創新,開發(fa)了(le)(le)光彈法鋼化玻(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)自爆(bao)源自動檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)技(ji)術及設(she)備,發(fa)明了(le)(le)“動態相對(dui)法”檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)和(he)預測(ce)(ce)建筑幕(mu)(mu)墻(qiang)(qiang)玻(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)墜落風(feng)險(xian)(xian)、“撓度比較法”檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)中空(kong)(kong)玻(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)結(jie)構安全(quan)(quan)(quan)隱患及玻(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)幕(mu)(mu)墻(qiang)(qiang)安全(quan)(quan)(quan)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)機器(qi)人系統,實現(xian)(xian)高空(kong)(kong)自動化檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)。項目(mu)研制了(le)(le)符合歐標和(he)美標的(de)中空(kong)(kong)玻(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)安全(quan)(quan)(quan)要(yao)求的(de)系列檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)設(she)備,有(you)力推(tui)動了(le)(le)我國中空(kong)(kong)玻(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)的(de)質量提(ti)升(sheng)和(he)國際化水平。該(gai)項目(mu)成果廣泛應用于國內外的(de)建筑幕(mu)(mu)墻(qiang)(qiang)玻(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)的(de)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce),促(cu)進了(le)(le)建筑幕(mu)(mu)墻(qiang)(qiang)玻(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)領域的(de)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)技(ji)術標準化,體現(xian)(xian)了(le)(le)服務(wu)業和(he)建筑公共安全(quan)(quan)(quan)的(de)公益(yi)性,對(dui)提(ti)升(sheng)我國建筑玻(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)使用安全(quan)(quan)(quan)性,、降低安全(quan)(quan)(quan)事故發(fa)生(sheng)具有(you)重要(yao)的(de)現(xian)(xian)實意義(yi)。
2001年國(guo)家(jia)(jia)開(kai)始召開(kai)科學技術獎(jiang)勵大會以來,中國(guo)建材(cai)集團共獲得(de)國(guo)家(jia)(jia)科技進步一(yi)等(deng)(deng)獎(jiang)3項(xiang)、二(er)等(deng)(deng)獎(jiang)23項(xiang),國(guo)家(jia)(jia)技術發明二(er)等(deng)(deng)獎(jiang)6項(xiang),參與獲得(de)國(guo)家(jia)(jia)科技進步特等(deng)(deng)獎(jiang)1項(xiang)。
